Maybe it’s somebody who wants to keep his kids safe from the inept, or unlicensed, or uninsured, or stoned, grads of the T Kennedy driving academy etc? Or maybe its someone overcome with admiration for how obama rolls in his big truck cavalcade? Or maybe it’s a rap group’s crew wagon with more trunk between them than the Ringling brothers Elephant parade? Or maybe it’s just someone trying to incite a humourless allcaps zampolit?
