Slick, fast-paced and brutally shocking, this gritty action filled movie will jolt your senses like nothing else you’ve ever experienced. —Amazon.com
I get what they were trying to do here, and I appreciated the effort, but I don’t think they really landed it. The Amazon description is for shit, and the wikipedia page gives away way too much. Basic premise is that a kid is on the run (that’s the running scared tie in) and Paul Walker is trying to find him. Aside from that basic motivation, I couldn’t figure out why anyone else was doing anything else. Topping it all was that the insults they used in the film made little to no sense in the context they were used in, with gratiuitous use of Ni**** and Fa****. I’ll point out there were no black actors nor gay people in the film.
Skippable unless you’re doing a Paul Walker marathon, and even then you should watch this one when everyone’s sleeping through the movie.
