The lazy loading wasn’t doing anything other than aggravating people, so it’s been removed.

Also, I’ve removed three or four ad networks from MCS, all we’re going to be running now is Defy Media, which is going to load Project Wonderful when they don’t have inventory to show, so we’re definitely going to know who’s responsible when popups or redirects happen.
