I was suckered into subscribing to the Humble Monthly Bundle by a friend that seduced me with tales of adventure in ARK : Survival Evolved. Turned out you could buy the game for the base subscription fee of $12 and you would get several unknown games along with it. This month’s pack has:
- ARK : Survival Evolved
- Wasteland 2 (director’s Cut) (comes with the original game too!)
- GRAV
- I AM BREAD
- Shantae and the Pirates Curse
- Sentinels of the Multiverse
- Switchcars
- Battlesloths
The 7 games other than ARK were unlocked a couple hours ago, so I haven’t gotten a good feel for them, but look forward to my reviews of them to come through soon. I’ve played about 62 hours so far and I’m pretty hooked on it! It took about 20 hours befoer I even figured out what the hell I was even going to try to do, it’s more of a ‘make your own story’ game than it is a ‘play the story’ game.
so 8 games for $12, seems like it may be worth it to stay subscribed, especially considering that next month’s AAA games are Southpark and This War of Mine.
