In my opinion, this is one of Spielberg’s greatest achievements. A lean, mean, cinema machine. (It got a feature film release in Europe despite being made for tv) I really wish he’d attempt to do something like it again. Cut the budget right down to the bone and then create something astonishing. ‘Necessity is the mother of invention.’
