    I occasionally think back on my mass storage.
    First hard drive – 100mb for my Amiga 2000, took me a year to fill it.
    First USB stick – 32 Meg – unbelievably huge portable storage about 11 or 12 years ago.

    No, it was definitely 100mb – I wish I could remember the name of the card, it was pretty much the benchmark controller at the time I got it.

    And no, it’s been the better part of 20 years since I used my Amiga. I don’t remember ever unformatting the drive or there being an option to. Possibly you could have the option with certain apps to write hash characters to all sectors but I don’t remember any.
