Pistol is clearly in an inside the waistband holster. Likely on her strong side. The Pistol can come with or without a manual safety – and the manual safety is very natural and comfortable if it is the firearm I believe it is.
IT is where I carry my 1911, although I use an outside the waistband holster on a belt. The location gives good positive control & situational awareness, in front of me, in an area controlled by my arms. Since I open carry, someone can not walk up behind me and attept to take the firearm off my hip.
It is a comfortable location when sitting, including in a car, & allows for easier access than an on the hip, (3 or 9 O’clock) draw. It also tends to bump into things less. Comfort assumes you are not fat however.
If I had to guess I would say the firearm was coated by TZ Armory. I would also say it is a S&W M&P Shield It looks like my wife’s although she would never do the “pretty” colors.
you should NEVER, at any time, have your ccw pointed towards your body. My god man, that’s literally one of the first things anyone mentions when they hand you a gun: “Don’t point it at anything you don’t want to shoot”, because accidents can and DO happen.
when you blow your bits off, I’ll shed a ‘i told you so’ tear.
