    Gotta wonder how they arrived at the title.

    Back in the early 80’s, Sam Fuller made a film called White Dog about a stray German Shepard, who, unbeknown to its rescuer, has been brutally trained to attack black people. The film was quite wrongly interpreted as racist, mainly because of the source material, a novel.

    Fuller’s film was part of the inspiration for it, so the title reflects that.

    I should also add that Fuller’s film has a brilliant score by Ennio Morricone.
