I don’t understand why people “dis” the “turn off, turn on” method of “fixing” computer things. It works. If you want someone to “point fingers at”, point them at OS, software creators, that make them shitty, memory leaking, resource hogs.
These days, “developers” are getting shittier and shittier, but their heads are getting bigger and bigger. The real heroes are the tech support staff that have to navigate around the bad code for the users.
