    My understanding is it applies to both boys and girls. It’s the reason J.K.Rowling used initials. Young children want to see male heros. It’s human nature.

    i finally saw this today. cant believe its still in the theaters. i was literally the sole viewer. anyway, what a fan-fucking-tastic movie! it was excellent. my favorite line, NOT the funniest by far, was from drax telling quill, “dont ever call me a thesaurus.”

    I always laugh at things no-one else is laughing at. One of my favorite lines was – “I know who you are, Peter Quill, and I am not some starry eyed waif here to succumb to your… your PELVIC SORCERY!”

    Drax has most of the best lines imo, and Dave Bautista is a great actor for a wrestler. Although you could argue that most pro wrestling is all about acting rather than wrestling. *sits back and waits for everyone to tell me he’s a great wrestler too, which I won’t argue with*
