The definition of Feminism, like all politically-charged terms (eg, liberalism, conservatism, libertarianism, socialism, communism, fascism, etc), is little more than a collection of pretty thoughts and wishful thinking that have absolutely no connection with the real world, meant to describe all the wonderful castles-in-the-sky they will build and why everyone who dislikes those castles is clearly an evil monster who hates all good things.

It’s only when they start to walk from all that wishful thinking to reality, and start talking about HOW they plan to build those castles in the sky that you start to notice how insane these people really are and how little understanding they have of the world outside their own heads.

The most misguided thoughts that come out of feminism originate from their belief that most of the bad things that happen to women are the result of the fact that men don’t treat women in the same way they treat other men, and if men ever stopped doing so, things will invariably improve for women.

There’s one tiny flaw with that line of reasoning: if men treated women the exact same way they treat other men, there wouldn’t be a single woman over 30 years old that still had all her teeth.

Feminists seem to forget that men are carnivorous hunters whom evolution has spent the last 2 billions years convincing that the solution to every single problem is to stab it with a pointy stick until it stops moving. In case your knowledge of history fails you, let me tell you that most problems that a man has with another man end up being solved with violence. If violence seems to be down from a few hundred years ago it’s only because we’ve gotten so good at making weapons that the whole “mutually assured destruction” thing kicks in and convinces the men to avoid direct violence against each other. But for a man, to use violence is ALWAYS the first thing that comes to his mind when he has a problem.

But also, men are genetically inclined to protect women, and to avoid harming them at all costs. So when a man uses violence against a woman, it is always BECAUSE he starts seeing her as equal to a man, not BECAUSE he thinks of her as a woman. Just look at the history of how worker’s unions have been treated (eg, mowed down with machine guns) and realize that’s how feminists would be treated if men thought of women as equal to men.

So no, dear feminist, you don’t want men to treat you the way they treat each other. You want men to think of you as a woman, and treat you like a woman, and think of you as something completely different from a man, otherwise you might as well just jump naked into a river full of hungry piranhas.
