This is a very interesting period in Disney’s life story. They didn’t really know what direction to go in and the result was a number of really good, offbeat movies. For instance, they made at least two horror movies by mistake, (3 if you count The Watcher In The Woods) Dragonslayer, which is really dark and has one of cinema’s great dragons, and Something Wicked This Way Comes which is creepy as hell. Director Jack Clayton said that the FX departments were so busy on Tron, that he was left with “an old man and a box of fireworks.” This particular film features full nudity (the lead goes nuts and starts running around with caribou) which caused a big fuss at the time.
Good movie. I liked it when he finally freaked out and started eating the mice. LOL

I loved how when the plane was overloaded with cargo, he sacrificed survival equipment for beer.
