I honestly don’t know what the comics use as an excuse for Green Lantern not winning everything all the time, but with a weapon like that he should.

Superman has always had a rather glaring weakness to magic, if you’ve read Kingdom Come, that’s a great example, the magic lightning that Shazam uses was Superman’s downfall.
Thor just cooks up some Asgardian magic, and there ya go, dead Kryptonian.

korinthian.. if the GL was Hal, he would win, but it’s Kyle, and my reasoning for picking Thor, is superman is vulnerable to magic. Thor is a god. he literally IS magic.
I buy that his Hammer is magic, and that’s a good point, but are the Aesir considered to “be magic”? I thought they were just an advanced race of humanoids.
i guess.. but what would you say is the source of his powers, if not magic? they arent science or tech. alien? supernatural? idk. when i hear “god”, i think magic. i loved these conversations when i was at my old store. 🙂
Would you call shooting lasers out of your eyes magic? I’m not really up to date on what Thor’s powers are these days, aren’t they just strength, durability and long life?
