Help an old foggy, I might be too old to understand the reference. The only changes are the addition of a Spongebob Squarepants character (I was at least able to recognize what cartoon he was from), and some unidentifiable green thing on her face. What is the reference?
Reference? This pic has one purpose: to drive up the number of clicks. Tiki needs the traffic. That’s why we’ve has so many political and feminists pictures of late.
There’s an episode in Spongebob Squarepants in which Squidward is trying to create “Art”. But everytime he tries, it ends up in ruins. Spongebob joins in, and actually makes a gorgeous sculpture. Squidward says, “That’s not art!”, attaches a clay mold of his own nose to the scultpure’s face, and then exclaims “Now, that’s art!”
The Spongebob Squarepants character is Squidward, an art snob who in an episode defies classical historical pieces claiming, “This isn’t art,” slapping his nose on the figure’s face, and proudly saying, “This is art!”

There’s an episode of Spongebob Squarepants in which Squidward tries to teach Spongebob how to make true art. Spongebob makes an amazing sculpture, but all of Squidward’s attempts look terrible. When he sees Spongebob’s work, he states “That’s not art!”, and then sticks a clay mold of his own nose onto it, claiming “Now THAT’s art!”
That’s the reference being made. I am a child.

Pretty much.
