    what in the holy fuck is going on with her neck

    I wondered the same thing. Tumor? But when you zoom in it turns out her head is turned to the left and looking down slightly. You can see her nose just about where her braid and hair meet over her left shoulder.

    Poor composition on the part of the photog.
