    I think its time to lose the mask. I mean, he doesn’t have a secret identity anymore, what’s the point? The big “A” on his head is redundant. If you don’t know by the shield he’s bashing your head in with, that he has something to do with America, you deserve it. When Bucky was Cap, and Steve was just Commander Rogers, he didn’t wear a mask, and it looked awesome. No matter how you re-design it, the mask is just kinda goofy.

    I think that’s why they used the Commander Rogers suit in The Winter Soldier.
