    Negative percentage more deadly… old bayonet blade was triangular, producing a wound that bled more profusely and was very difficult to close up medically. Such blades are banned by international convention now, and surviving a stab from that modern “survival knife” is much more likely.

    I believe the point is if you’re shot by the first one, you’re just as dead if you’re shot by the second one, and vice versa
