Phoenix PD is pretty hardcore I guess. The back of that dudes head slammed pretty hard into the pavement. As stupid as that kid was, that was kinda excessive force. Not that I would expect the police to react any other way. Stupid stupid kid. Ya mess with the bull, you get the horns I suppose.
