I’m always “amused” by the talk ,about how after cutting down trees, people say that they planted a crapload of new ones, so it’s all o.k, or even better.

But they forget about one thing – the time needed for those little trees, to grow up, to provide the same “bonuses”, that those trees that were cut down did.
