    She uses a hatchet axe in the book? Didn’t she use a hammer or something in the movie?

    They are never alike. The book is quite gruesome.

    she hobbled him, i think the axe is only on the cover although she may have used one to kill the deputy, been a long time

    It’s been a while, but I remember really liking it. Really creepy, but still a pretty big change for him. I’d recommend it.
