    I really don’t understand the “logic” behind leaving buildings to “rot”, instead of using them, or just demolishing. And if it’s a good, nice looking, well placed piece of architecture, it boggles my mind completely.

    With a little restoration, the building in the top pic would make an excellent Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters.
