here in the states it’s just the professional, it was natalie portman’s first movie and america’s introduction to jean reno. not huge at the box office but a cult classic.
I always felt that it was the reverse. Whilst those extra scenes may be weird, they make the relationship make sense. In the U.S release their relationship takes a sudden jump because of the missing scenes, which is creepy itself, as well as just not seeming right from a story perspective.
awesome movie

Please, pleeese, tell me you’re joking ?
Opps. We gotta movie snob here, everyone give him a hand.
Leon: The Professional.

MFW every time I have to repeat an order to my division. I took the time to give clear instructions.. and you STILL ask dumb questions?!?!?
Identify this flick:
“Search everywhere!”
“What about over there?”
“Is ‘there’ a part of ‘everywhere’?”
“Uh…yes…?”
“THEN SEARCH THERE!”
Kung Fu Panda
Close enough (KFP2).
If you get the European version, you get the cut where theres creepy sexual tension between Jean Reno and a super young Natalie Portman.
Both versions are great, just be prepared.

if you get the european version of highlander there’s a cool scene that shows how he met his secretary when she was a little girl in nazi germany
