    Not Saudi, it’s an Israeli F-16I.

    First of all, Saudi Arabia has no F-16s, so that rules it out. The extra packs on the fuselage rule out all US/Europe F-16s. That leaves middle or far east client. But cammo says “middle east”. The packs are used only by the latest, top-of-the-line versions. That leaves Israel, Oman or UAE. Did a little digging in my archive, and tada: Israeli F-16I.
