Well if your talking about Iraq we didn’t take any of their oil! So still not sure who is dying for oil. “Google it” is a great response for someone who doesn’t have the answer.
Iraq Belongs to what “The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries” who supplies the world with oil. Halliburton is there to drill oil for Iraq who is part of OPEC.
From there own website “Using the latest geological technologies, we create data that help our customers locate oil and natural gas. When hydrocarbons are located, we provide solutions to determine if oil and gas can be produced. If a well is determined to be viable, we begin production and throughout the life of the field, we help ensure that our customers get optimal production rates. To prevent and respond to emergencies, customers call Halliburton for premier well intervention, pressure control, and pipeline and process services.”
Hmmm so its kinda like calling a plummer. Halliburton doesnt control or own the oil. Smart guy!
Halliburton is there making money from the wells. I didn’t say they were taking the oil. Iraq will be selling it(with Halliburton’s help) to BP, Exxon, or whoever, and we will be buying it, just like we do with the rest of the OPEC nations. So yeah, it’s about oil. Halliburton is a bit more then a plumber when it comes to these things. In your own quote, it says that they “begin production and throughout the life of the field, we help ensure that our customers get optimal production rates” Don’t you think part of getting optimal production rates is selling it? Halliburton will make money on the production and processing services, then the oil companies will make money selling it here.

Dying for oil would at least be USEFUL.
Dying for Obama’s catastrophically stupid foreign policy is a tragic waste.
That stupid foreign policy began way before Barry dumbass…you can’t pull the plug on a whole infrastructure and society run by oil who actually are the puppet-masters…
Each Prez has their on Foreign policy Dumbass. So to keep blaming bush 4yrs later is a bit sad. The fact is Obama should have never been in support on the so called Arab Spring. Latest news from the Middle East is the WH knew there was going to be an attack on are US Embassy’s on 9/11/12 and did nothing. 6 US citizens have died Because of Obama’s Foreign policy failures in the last week.
Actually, your the only one trying to place blame for this issue. The whole “Blood for Oil” thing goes back to before OPEC.
You want things to blame Obama for?
Look to his failing to get us out of Iraq and Afganistan (like he promised to do).
His failing to repair the economy. Giving the banks a 2nd bail out (that still hasn’t worked). Or look at the mess that is Obamacare. He had a golden opportunity during his first two years to (during which he had a Democrat majority in Congress) to put measures in place to repair the economy, but he was so focused on health care (that his own party fought him on) that he squandered his best shot.
It’s hard to convince the world that a country that won’t help its own poor and sick is out fighting for democracy and freedom for people that dwell in desert countries.
Who’s dying for oil??????
google it
