    Since the Uncle is arming for battle, “storm” is most likely a metaphor for war.

    Why the strip says “war is coming” I’m not certain, unless Demon agrees with the Judge in Texas who believes a Civil War will erupt if Obama is reelected.

    I think most likely some guy out there wanted to make this as a precursor comic to one of the Zelda games.

    Yep. Seems like a “0” storyline.
    A story that everyone can live without, but it’s interesting to those who follow the Zelda’s plot.

    it’s the story from link to the past. the game starts out with link tracking down this guy in the rain. when he finds him dead he takes the sword and there you go.
