I went to college and graduated in my early 20’s. For the most part, I make more money and my quality of life is higher than my friends and family that didn’t go to school.

The head of the branch I work for never went to college at all. He did grow up right next to the owner of the company.

The owner of the company I work for inherited the company from his dad.

Yes, all three of them are incompetent.

This doesn’t really have a lot to do with the picture, but it does show that no matter how hard you work someone will get way ahead of you by being either A) brilliant, or B) Lucky or C) Both.
