I’m going to have to agree with Korinthian on this. Chainmaille itself can be made to not pinch at all, but this requires perfect closures of the rings (or welding them). As someone who weaves chaimmaille, I can see a lot of room for improvement in your closures. I’ll often readjust a single ring 2-6 times before I’m satisfied with getting the closure exactly right, sometimes even to the point of having to throw out a ring every once in a while because it was stressed from readjustment for the closure.

Ex: My tie doesn’t have any gaps in closures at all and very few ends don’t match up exactly, just a couple that are slightly off.
