In every American pharmacy I’ve seen, they have both condoms and Nicorette locked up behind a sliding plexiglass door, if not behind the counter. But condoms are cheaper in America, it looks like.
It’s not that way in all American pharmacies, just ones that are worried about theft or are somewhere that people freak out about things being available to children. At least for condoms, I don’t know shit about Nicolette.
Go to the big box stores in America and the condoms are out on display right when you walk in the door, or on the aisles next to the pharmacy. No plexiglass, no locks.

Depends on the store and location. Some Wal-Marts and Targets I’ve been to have them in locked cabinets. Most don’t.
