Adapt to new weight, i.e. lift a weight you struggle with, as you ADAPT (CHANGE!!!!!) to carry a heavier weight, your body will look more athletic.
slow as fuck cardio is BS too – adapt to burn fat, push so you hit your limit (or close to it, but improve the time you can stay there) and ADAPT so you change.
So many motherfooking people saying eat low fat, do high reps to tone, and do cardio because weights will make you bulky – fuckoff.
