45 million Spanish speakers—most of whom also speak English—plus 6 million Spanish students.
Plus roughly one million each of Cantonese, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Korean speakers, most of whom also speak English.
And, to be honest, the “deep south” southern accent is a hell of a lot easier to understand than some of that “Fargo” shit. And have you ever heard the Hawaiian pigeon accent?

Sooo, there are some people in the US who speak no language at all? If this isn’t sarcasm, then it can’t be statistically right..
are you doubting manu’s credibility?
have you heard some of the people in the ‘deep south’ speak?
They obviously didn’t include America’s native language, “Shit”
They obviously didn’t include America’s native language, “Shit”, in this statistic!
Regional dialect English is still English. “Bad English” doesn’t count as “no language”.

Not necessarily no language, but a very small proportion of one. 😉
This is bullshit. There are a TON of people in the US that are originally from other countries. USA has the most multi language speaking citizens.
It was Ebonics that brought us down…Just sayin’.
