Not all that unusual for Russian tanks to be equipped with bulldozer blades for mine clearing or for engineering work in battlefield conditions like building roads for supply units.
Quite possibly an IMR-2 or variant, based upon the T-72. The vehicle is missing a machine gun up top, so that throws me off. But it is an engineering tank, with a bulldozer blade and mine blades, and the superstructure in the middle is part of an extending claw for removing trees and such debris.
