I’m no rocket scientist but surely the massive g-forces of a rocket lift off pushing the skull directly down onto the spine is bordering upon the insane? Isn’t that why the NASA folks use horizontal seating?
Depends on the g-force. Anything over 12 or so and you’ll pass out. Takes more to kill you. Add some suits the air force uses, and you can add a few more.
