Warner Bros. Television has provided us with the first image of Adrianne Palicki starring as the title character in the new NBC pilot “Wonder Woman,” from executive producer David E. Kelley (“Boston Legal,” “Ally McBeal,” NBC’s “Harry’s Law”). The pilot was written by Kelley, who also serves as executive producer with Bill D’Elia (“Boston Legal,” “The Practice,” NBC’s “Harry’s Law”). Jeffrey Reiner (“The Event”) is directing. Based upon DC Comics characters, “Wonder Woman” is from David E. Kelley Productions and Warner Bros. Television.

This is very pleasant to look at.
But I must admit, if they’re trying to reboot a franchise, this is a very 90s looking way of doing it.
Not enough pouches.
This is the first show I’ve heard of that was laughed at before the shooting draft of the first episode was finalized. After I first saw that picture I understood why.
Well, it’s Wonder Woman.
This looks like a halloween costume that could be used in a bad porno.
When you say “bad porno”, do you mean it would be worse than the superhero parodies that already exist?
I’ve never seen one of those. They could be Oscars-worthy (Not that I hold the Academy Awards in high regard) for all I know.
Don’t interpret that as me never having seen porn, though.
Any sufficiently advanced slutty Halloween costume is indistinguishable from a superhero show’s prop department.
tru dat
It’s a ball gag short of being a BDSM outfit.
She’s a super-hero, not Barbarella.
Wonder Woman actually has roots in S&M. The original stories were often little more than bondage fantasies.
They ruined it when they tried to make the character a serious superhero.
I’m not real impressed with the $10 cosplay outfit, the clumsy pose and the 9th-Grade-Dropout expression on her pancake-made-up whore-face.
I don’t give a rat’s ass about Wonder Woman, but I’m fairly certain this is photoshopped. The lasso doesn’t leave a shadow and the gold pieces of the cotume still have a border that comes with a less than perfect selection. I’d say her face is probably shopped on too, because I’m pretty sure that actress doesn’t have a set like that. Also it’s pretty obvious the pants and top have had thier color altered and no one bothered to lower the freakish saturation, and the lights don’t seem to be reflecting in the same direction on the different pieces. So it’s probably not a good impression of the final costume.
I wish you were right, but it’s not a shop.

I’d just like to thank DC and Warner for destroying any faith I have in anything they do.
Wonder Woman’s backstory is filled with Greek/Roman myth, an island of warrior women, and this looks like a hooker in a bad Halloween costume.
Oh, it’s an official picture, so it does represent somewhat what the final costume will look like, but this is still a photoshop mock up.
A similar thing happened during for the Daredevil movie a few years ago. The studio released preliminary photos of the Daredevil costume that were crudely shooped together images of what the costume was supposed to look like.
The final movie was crap, but the costume looked better than the early images.
For those of you who find Adrianne Palicki hot, she does a lesbian lapdance in Electra Luxx. It’s on youtube if your interested. Also Carla Gugino plays a porn star.
This was my public service announcement for today.
Suddenly I don’t mind the porn outfit so much!

I can think of a number of women I would have rather seen in the role, also, where is the skirt? It’s just not Wonder Woman without the skirt!
It’s her new look as of WW #600 ( JUN ’10) designed by Jim Lee. It was worse when it first appeared. It had a jacket and all the blue was navy. She looked like a stewardess on a Pan Am flight from 1973. I think this chick is hot for sure, but this bright shiny patent leather shit has gotta go.

Yup. “Miss? Can I have another Rusty Nail please?”
Where the FUCK are the short shorts? Also, those boots don’t fit her legs. They are baggy, and should have been custom fitted.
Regarding the reflections, that is studio lighting. There aren’t supposed to be shadows.
Your right, but she’s practically wearing mirrors.
