    The Matrix: Rebooted

    Four Corner has been closed four out of five times I’ve been there. If it makes you feel better, you’re really not missing out on much.

    I really wasn’t all that disappointed-mostly I was amused. And I was going to go in anyway, but a family drove up who KNEW it was closed- and they would not leave. So I rode down to where you could maybe walk to where the real 4 corners is actually located, and there were signs posted saying do not even try walking out there… LOL.

    Was the whole area still a total dump?
    Was there in the early 80’s and if it was not the armpit of humanity, you could see it from there.

    What’s kinda humorous about the four corners monument, is that it’s technically 2 miles too far west.

    I checked on Google Earth- it’s 1.2 miles off the mark. And, oddly, Google Earth has since moved the lines so they intersect the monument!! They didn’t used to…
