    Ponyo is awesome. You’ll love it if you’ve liked the other Studio Ghibli films. 🙂

    I disagree. Ponyo was definitely one of his weakest films. There was an unusual lack of character development for his films.

    That’s true, but I enjoyed the simplicity of the story. It was a typical princess and the frog kind of story, with a very cute twist.

    I can help ya out here. Watch The Bros. Grimm, Butch Cassidy, Up, and Gran Torino. Dump the rest. Instead watch Aliens, As Good as it Gets, Moonstruck, Snake Pit, and Mommy Dearest. You’ll thank me.

    Ocean’s Thirteen was disappointing. Ponyo was adorable and highly creative, but TGGeko says, it’s weak in the character development. But HAM! It’s so fun to say it like she says it! And I liked UP. The beginning is really depressing, though.
