I don’t think its necessarily an awful thing… just less artistically essential in the age of photoshop. Its easier to make a cd sound like vinyl than vice-versa.

I agree, aesthetically it is cool, but its always best to have options. Thats why I blew the $2 or whatever for the film lab iphone app.
