I played COD 2 and then didn’t play another game in the series until Black Ops.
I’ll admit it, I enjoyed it. Multilayer is fun. I was playing Bad Company before that, and I like how focused the maps are. There’s no need to include everything, and I don’t have to run across the map for 5 minutes if there isn’t a vehicle around.
Prefer the old /original + the united offensive expansion pack – the weapons were pros and cons, not just “pick the fastest/most powerful” because in the original you’d loose accuracy on semis or power – i.e. rifle = powerful/slow rate/high accuracy, semi rifle = medium power/medium rate/high accuracy.
Then theres map size – when I saw a mate on “shipment” in MWF 1 with 16 players I knew it was for the quake crowd – turn a corner, spray, respawn.
Anyway could ramble all day, short version is I prefer a slower pace and the pros/cons of the older weapon selection.
Modern Warfare 3?!
For all the people out there that also buy the same hockey/football game year after year.

Team Fortress 2 is still > ALL though.
Not a fan of Black Ops. Still playing MW2.
