This chart is wrong, it says that sunshine has a weird depiction of exposure to a vacuum. many scientists have stated that that is exactly what happens to a human in a vacuum, why does this chart call it weird? I think this chart was made by someone who hasn’t done enough research!
Solaris tells NOTHING about gravity or climate!
Enemy mine have an easy comunication…
Stargate has faster then light travel, but I don’t thing this is bad science!

“Dodging faster-than-light weapons (e.g. lasers)”
Apparently in sci-fi light based weapons go faster than regular light. They must put a light accelerator in the guns.
I’d contest some of these categories: Same climate planetwide ( Only saw parts of the planets in these shows ). All planets having Earth gravity ( Gravity equivalents was never mentioned, just that it’s not an extreme variation. If the planet is a similar size, that’s perfectly sound ). Faster than light travel ( Light being the “speed limit” of the universe is just theory. Sound theory, but scientific fact today can be disproven tomorrow. Happens all the time. )
Star Trek gets away free, huh?
Kirk’s awesomeness surpasses all scientific reason, causing an exemption.
I bet Mr. Shaetner made this chart.
And I mispelled intentionally.
Lasers are faster than light now? Bad science in the bad science in movies chart.
Good!!! 🙂

It’s the last scene, when artifical island made for Kris appears.
Troll list is slightly fail.

Why faster-than light travels are being assumed as “bad science”? We just didn’t discover it yet. Not like noises in vacuum, what is obviously wrong.
Also, why bother with planets that have significantly different conditions than Earth? I makes no sense.
