Only during the Hajj. At other times of the year, you can take a tour and even look at the stone.
Some trivia:

Seems non-muslims are forbidden to do a lot of things.
Something that the 3 followers of Zoroastrianism say to feel better that the Muslims killed all of them for being pagans.

Because that’s the best way to show the world that we are a developed and ethical people.
What the hell will that get you? Nothing. People that believe in a violent religion only understand one thing – violence. Not burning korans, not detaining young boys in Cuba, just nuke, nuke, nuke!

It has nothing to do with being developed or ethical. The Koran says all Muslims must wage war & conquer with all non-Muslims. It then says that all pagans should be killed.
Jews are Christians are to be left alive & are allowed to keep their property, as long as they obey the laws – because they follow the correct God, they just missed the Prophet Muhammad. Jews & Christians are not allowed to serve in government.
However since the Crusades (which the Muslims started in the 6th century), they have kind of forgotten the not supposed to kill Christians and Jews thing.
