Why was I expecting to see someone tossing off in a tank?

Is there a skeleton wearing a safety helmet hugging that barrel in the front of the tank?
Didn’t notice that ealier…damn, it does look like a safety conscious skeleton!
Sounds like a no-war-for-oil protest prop, except for the dumping in water…hmmm.
Also, that looks more like rope than a skeleton.

There’s probably a reason that they don’t want excessive old military vehicles situated around the country. Better to turn them into a new coral reef.
Maybe they’re making an artificial reef. They do that with old ships, or subway cars, or whatever they can get their hands on.
