Don’t have the Youtube, but Ripley’s had an episode on a guy with one of these once. Lost his face to a flesh eating bacteria infection. The prosthetic is creepy on close examination, but a passing glance, it’s not gonna be easy to notice, which is pretty much what it’s for.

Some people have prosthetics held on by magnets they can just take off whenever they please.
