Liked the concept, but truth, dignity and integrity are heraldry terms. Perhaps using the Berunda Bird, Flanders Lion, the Fleur de Lis or even the Merovingian Keys would suit the shield better.

The skull was usually the symbol of vagabonds or highwaymen who did not claim a country or official shield. They were considered liars, cheats and scouldrels.
