It’s good. Sausage is good too. Remember to use Buttermilk. It brings out the flavor.
One of the only good uses for buttermilk.
Tried it last night. Wasn’t too impressed, probably cause I used the instant “just add water” aunt jamima mix. The bacon taste got lost somewhere along the way, kind of like putting sharp cheddar on apple pie.
I’ll try it again with real mix and buttermilk next time. Thanks for the pro-tip hufn.
Why haven’t I know of this recipe sooner? Oh, God.
Im always so fucking confused as to why people use pancake mix. Especially Bisquick. Pancakes are so easy to make, and so much better from scratch. Eggs, milk, baking powder, flour. Yay done.
