Wonder what the hand grabbing for the coins/ beer bottle caps is suppose to mean.

    It’s clear that some person who thinks they’re clever defaced the sign. It’s not humor, it’s just vandalism.

    What he said. Also the “hand grabbing the coins” is clearly supposed to be a hand tossing coins into the display.

    When I was a kid we took a trip down to see city hall (in Toronto) and back then there was no glass around this, they had a security guard.

    These pictures show why.

    This isn’t really funny, it’s just immature…Like giggling after you say duty.

    The only time that this would be appropriate is if they were getting ready to take this display down, and raffled off chances to dress up in a godzilla suit and stomp on a block or two.
