Ah those descriptions of first day snowboarders are fantastically accurate. I don’t see the problem with small crappy jumps though. We usually build them somewhere on the side, what the fuck do you care. Or sometimes we even use benches but it’s bad for the board.
The one time I went skiing, which was with school, we had the usual first day “this is how you slow down” stuff. 2nd day, red run. So you can add long chain of terrified school children slowly winding and falling their way down the trail. Ruining the snow.
I’m usually that douchebag, I just realized =(. and I completely agree with mld, snowboarders just sit there and chill, contemplating life in the MIDDLE of the damn slope. I’ve skiied down the same slope three times before I saw some of them move from their spot.
First day skier who doesn’t know how to step yelling for everyone to get out of the way, only to hit expert snowboarder who move to the extreme sidelines for him to pass.
Tore a CL and ruined a week of skiing, plus 6 months of crutches. Little shit only had a nose bleed.

I’ve never skied/snowboarded or for that matter skied on ice. So I’m thinking… Falling for no reason.
left out snowboarders sitting in the middle of the trail for no reason whatsoever.

If you are anywhere on the east coast, the douchebag is probably right.

Kid sitting in landing area of massive jump.
Fantastic how my snowboarding ability isn’t listed here: Snowboarder stops to change edge of board to ride downhill on.
First time I went snowboarding was about a month ago.
I was usually using my hands to stop myself and could only turn to the right.
One of the instructors said something about how the board flexes…
That’s probably why the rentals were so shitty
