Actually, I suspect the picture as a whole is meant as a joke. It is a pretty half-assed look and the pose/facial expression just scream of mockery to me. Either the kid’s exceptionally clueless or he’s trying to mock Emo.
I don’t know, it’s hard for me to make fun of a kid in a picture like this. I mean, *every* stupid 13 year old is super-lame in their own way. Just a lot of us are lucky enough that our super-lameness wasn’t documented and broadcast across the internet.
