There’s some kind of reverse image search that lets you upload images and find websites that have that image. I think it’s called EyeTrick or something. (Tried. Not EyeTrick. Someone muss now what I’m talking about).
So what does that mean its’ purpose is (I mean the vehicle, not the specific show truck, which is meant to show the truck)? Is it a military vehicle, civilian police vehicle, anti-insurgency vehicle? Really freaking scary general off road vehicle? Googling 77 Land Rover gets me articles about 1977 Land Rover IIIs.
Yeah, I know that that particular vehicle was done up to be a cab in the movie, but Elepsi says that it is a modified, hollowed out version of something called a 77 Landrover. What was THAT vehicle’s purpose? Was it just a concept vehicle, or was it ever intended for any kind of use?
I believe it means they made that body and dropped it on the frame of a 1977 LandRover and, since it just had to look pretty for the camera, there was nothing inside it beyond the drivetrain and driver’s seat.
HOLY SHIT THAT IS BADASSERY PERSONIFIED
PERSONIFIED AS A TRUCK!
A TRUCK WHICH IS SUBSEQUENTLY PUT IN A HUGE BLENDER WITH SOME AWESOME AND JUST A DASH OF THE FUTURE
WITH A PINCH OF KICKASSERY.
KICKASS ANYWHERE…
Do want info.
For once, Google doesn’t understand me!
The truck could sound like “Bzzzzzz…Bzz…Bzzz”
and i’d be cool with it

What’s it do? What’s it for? Why is it yellow? Can it reproduce? So many questions.
That is a Mega City cab from that abysmal Judge Dredd movie Stallone made in 1995.
This one is a hollow shell on a 77 Land Rover frame… JBL got their hands on one and made a CES show truck out of it..
I worked for Eurolite at the time and wrote the P.O. for all the neon and lights used on it as we sponsored it.

They were taxicabs in the movie, hence the “CAB” on the front.
Yeap… www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKdPxQutiGA#t=3m15s

And it was a LandRover 101-FC: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_4284-Land-Rover-101-FC.html
And this page shows what little there is of the interior: www.landroverclub.net/Club/HTML/Judge_Dredd.htm
Thank you. I must not have expressed my question appropriately, or else this would have been done in two seconds.
No big deal, if someone thought you were just being a dick I’m sure they’d have gone all casemeth on you by now.

or maybe

But wrong color for either.
Oh no way! That is some total Bulkhead action right there. Now I want one of those to haul groceries in.
If IronMan was a bad ass trucker this would be what he drove.
TRANSFORM AND ROLL OUT!
Yeah, that was my previous point.
Interior FAIL
The one pictured here is at the car museum in gaydon i believe. Would be cool to get one as a project and totally pimp out the inside.

sincerely,
