My grandma was left-handed and was forced to be a “righty” in school. She was slapped w/ a ruler anytime he was caught using er left hand. For the rest of her life she wrote and sewed right-handed.
My brother is the same way. He’s left handed (writing and drawing), but bats righty. All his strength is in his right hand/arm. He’s also right footed and can write backwards as fast as he can write normally.
My fiancee is obviously left-handed. She catches with her left hand, texts left, every picture I have of her she’s waving left, but she writes and uses chopsticks with her right hand: her writing is horrifically messy and she uses chopsticks in the strangest way.
I’ve tried to explain the concept of left-handed to her and other chinese but they just don’t get it.
Yeah. Once, I had an American co-employee who was left handed. After the initial shock died down, someone explained to me that it was a genetic difference and Chinese simply are never left-handed.
I was left-handed when I was a child, then I don’t know wtf happened after that. I must’ve had Satan in me.
Saved!

Right, nyokki. Middle ages? Like, try the 1950s even.
???
My aunt have suffered the same thing. Today she writes right and left hand.
I’m a mutant=
I perform delicate motor functions only with my left,
and most feats of strength, throwing a football, etc, I have to use the right.
So, I can’t write with my right, and I can’t throw with my left.
Not Ambi, but poly dexterous?

Same mutation here. Maybe Homo Sapiens Superior?
My nephew does that too… I don’t think it’s all that uncommon.
I can throw a frisbee equally as well with either hand.
I’m going to burn, I know.
Same thing still happens in China.

Wait…the Chinese don’t acknowledge handedness at all? In effect, everyone is right-handed?
