“It’s basic dog psychology, if you scare them and get them peeing down their leg, they submit. But if you project weakness, that promotes violence, and that’s how people get hurt.”
Is that because of the actors? This movie is badass, and everyone knows it. Sure Keanu Reeves as Johnny Utah, former-QB-turned-FBI-operative seems a lil stupid, especially when teamed up with a less-than-venerable agency vet played by the legendary Gary Busey. But when they set out to nab a quartet of surfing bank robbers led by Taoist soothsayer Patrick Swayze, this movie pulls no punches. It is a staple of Hollywood that 1990s cinophiles wouldn’t be caught dead without.

“Peace, through superior firepower.”
I should put this movie down in the Stuff you like that you should be ashamed of liking thread.

I saw this movie again just a couple weeks before Swayze died.
This was all I could think of when watching House last night.
