    is it just me, or does the 4th picture seem off. it looks like it has canards and conventional elevators, if not forward swept wings as well (though that could be an optical illusion). otherwise, damn sexy aircraft

    These are artist renderings. PAK-FA isn’t scheduled to have its maiden flight until next month. That would be why pic 4 is different.

    The site on the pics has a few other renderings that are pretty cool too.

    The production of the F-22 stopped at 187 aircraft. No cost effective. Was not a surprise that the F-15 Silent Eagle just popup little before this announcement (link).

    Lets be realistic. Russia can afford what? 2 of these Pak-Fa’s? tops? They might fund 3, but then 1 will fly around at air shows and the other two will be used as spare parts for the first one.
